I’m Harrison,
In April 2024, I launched Athletic Edge Training with a simple objective:
To help athletes of all levels, despite the limited resources and guidance available to those trying to improve in their sport of choice.
You'll find 5 things I believe in below. If you resonate with them, I think we'll get along well.
1) You want to become more agile without having to spend hours a week running between markers.
2) You are looking for guidance to improve your running efficiency, to be faster off the mark and during long bursts.
3) You have a desire to be stronger and train more efficiently, without affecting your desired sports training.
4) You value being able to recover quickly after a competition or event, without having to spend the next week recuperating.
5) You want to enjoy your sport without worrying about injuries during participation or competition.

A quick introduction to who I am, so you know how I can be most helpful to you:
Born in Murwillumbah and grew up in Gympie, I've always loved sports and exercise, participating in a bit of everything.
After graduating high school, I worked as a Cadet Civil Draftsman while playing hockey at local, state, and national levels.
During this time, I played many individual and team sports, from Obstacle Course Racing to Hockey.
Like many young athletes, my goal was to represent my country. When challenged to become a better athlete, I decided it was only right to share my experiences in the fitness and athletic realms.
This means every day I wake up and help athletes make progress towards being fitter, faster, stronger, and more resilient.
